Al Noud Infrastructure Project – Package 1

Ramah General Contracting & Transportation L.L.C. participated as a subcontractor in the Al Noud Infrastructure Project – Package 1, contributing to the development of the stormwater and sewage network. This project, commissioned by ALDAR PJSC and overseen by the main contractor, Nael & Bin Harmal, in collaboration with Hydroexpert Co. LLC for specialized engineering services, represents the first phase of a comprehensive infrastructure and public realm improvement plan for the Al Noud (Al Khairair) area. This AED 37,168,797.04 project, completed on June 15, 2023, after an 18-month construction period, demonstrates Ramah’s engagement with large-scale urban development projects and their capacity to collaborate within a multi-party project structure.
