Al Laim Roads & Infrastructure Projectl

The Al Laim neighborhood roads and infrastructure project aimed to enhance the area’s essential infrastructure by constructing a comprehensive stormwater and sewage network. Nael & Bin Harmal, the main contractor, engaged Ramah General Contracting & Transportation L.L.C. as a subcontractor, leveraging their expertise in contracting and transportation for key aspects of the project. Nael & Bin Harmal also collaborated with Hydroexpert Co. LLC for specialized engineering services. The project was commissioned by ALDAR PJSC, a leading real estate developer in the UAE. With a total cost of AED 39,333,754.09, the project spanned approximately 18 months, commencing on December 15, 2021, and reaching completion on June 15, 2023. Ramah General Contracting & Transportation L.L.C.’s contributions ensured the high-quality and timely delivery of crucial project components, contributing to the overall success. This project is expected to significantly improve the quality of life for Al Laim residents by providing a healthier and safer living environment, in addition to enhancing property values in the area. The project forms part of ALDAR’s broader development plans for Abu Dhabi.
